2018 Camp Fire Lawsuit
The Northern California Fire Lawyers were the first to file a lawsuit against PG&E on behalf of Butte Camp Fire victims who lost homes, personal property or were injured during evacuation. The lawsuit alleges that PG&E was negligent in failing to maintain its infrastructure and properly inspect and manage its power transmission lines, the failure of which ultimately caused the Camp Fire, killing hundreds and causing thousands of homes and businesses.
The Camp Fire lawsuit seeks to recover money for fire survivors to cover a wide variety of losses, including the full value of lost homes, personal belongings, emotional trauma, and loss of income. We also represent families who lost loved ones because of the fire.

On the day I signed on with these lawyers, they were very friendly & helpful. About a week later, I stopped back at their office to ask some questions. When I mentioned that I had a back child support judgement against me, it was like a switch was thrown behind my lawyers eyes, his whole face changed it's expression, and got hostile towards any further questions being asked. Then when the money started being issued, there was no fighting for how much they took in my defense. It was almost like the lawyer was working for them and not for me. Then one day I called the lawyer to find out info about when we might be getting more money. They had already told us the money would be coming in several separate checks. But I had moved to Oregon to start over and needed to put some money into my new home. They answered my questions with a lot of very technical terms that I didn't understand. When I asked them to dumb up a more understand able answers, I was told NO, then they hung up on me. When I called them back they wouldn't answer or even call me back like I asked. To this day, they haven't answered their phone and never call me back. Recently they did call and left a message asking if my address had changed, to which I called to answer their questions, but no answer. My mother, who also is their client, called them and told them in a message that myself and her were definitely still at our mailing address. So give weeks later mom got a messily 15000$ check but I didn't get anything from them. I have called them twice since, with no answeanswer

Who ever writes the checks for the fire money you need to fire them. My mothers Estate has written 3 rounds of checks to her dependents. All three times they have messed it up. You guys need to do better.

Uncooperative, rude, incompetence, mishandling of documentation and so much more . Refused to tell me who their malpractice insurance company is, then hung up on me. Reporting them to the California State Bar Association . Worst experience ever.

What a terrible service from Sarah! I would recommend as a business owner in town, that someone should teach her customer service. I'm really wishing I would have done more research before working with this company! Especially considering that this situation is emotional and something many of us have been dealing with since 2018! I'm sure she has no idea, how it is to loose everything and be at almost 5 years later with NO INFORMATION! She as she is extremely rude, shows no compassion and speaks as if she is so much smarter and better than you. This is terrible service! Honestly can't believe we'll be paying for this service!
