Had a really good experience with this firm. They got back to me quickly and kept me updated in a way that was easy to understand. Felt like they actually cared about what I was dealing with.

I was really impressed with how quickly they got back to me and how clearly they explained everything. They genuinely cared about my situation and made sure I understood each step along the way. It really put me at ease.

It says "Tosi Law LLC" right there. Have you seen any other law firm structured as an LLC? I don't think so. Because it is NOT PERMITTED by the California Bar Association (in their defense, I don't think Tosi Law is actually structured as an LLC. Their website used to have a photo of their front doors that clearly said "Tosi Law LLP.") I can't fathom why they would repeatedly make that gross error. Makes you wonder other aspects of the law they're ignoring or unaware of (like not being recognized as a business entity by both the California and Georgia Secretaries of State.) And here's an "Oh, by the Way." If they are actually an LLC, do LLC's have Partners? The guy who calls himself the business owner told me one of his "partners" would get back to me. I'm like "one of your business partners in the LLC? Your website shows ONE other attorney working with you. Tosi Law has been incredibly quiet in the three years since we retained them for the Roundup/Monsanto/Bayer Class Action. This review is to urge potential clients to go elsewhere.
