A person who I believe is an attorney with this firm, Mr. Fuchs, called my personal cell phone, and after he identified himself, I heard the receiver hang up. I tried calling back (voice mail all three times) and found that this was the firm. He must have been calling from an inside line or his cell. When I found the phone number for the law firm (as opposed to Mr. Fuch's line) and called it, a male answered, and when I asked who he was, he refused initially to identify himself. What kind of a business is this? Our household is grieving due to an impending death, and for them to be so rude, bodes very badly for the way that this law firm treats the general public. I would not touch this law firm with a ten-foot barge pole due to the rude manner in which they treat others.
