Attorney Daryl Lander displayed extremely unprofessional conduct when I observed him in court. I was not his client, but I saw him in both the courthouse lobby and in the courtroom. In the lobby, he told a pregnant woman to "move" and called her a derogatory name, then spoke loudly on the phone using sexist and racist language for everyone to hear. In the courtroom, he objected so frequently that the judge had to instruct him to stop, and he had to explain basic legal procedures to him multiple times. He lost his case spectacularly, and I felt bad for his client. Based on my direct observations, I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring attorney Daryl Lander.

Daryl Lander is of course very experienced and knowledgeable, but what I fi d remarkable is how well he and his paralegal Lidia know the many and complex details of my case. Often I do not have to finish describing an issue before Daryl already has it analyzed and has a plan formed that is withing what I intend to see accomplished. Sloppy and slow.... you will lose your case because Daryl Lander takes too long. He is lazy, unorganized, and turns into a puppy in court afraid to represent you! Don't EVER trust a lawyer with an online degree to represent you in an important matter!
