I sought out the law offices of Gerald Marcus in May 2024 based the referral from my dear neighbor. Last April by the miraculous grace of God, I survived a horrendous bike accident after being hit by two cars. Mr. Marcus and his team stepped in to help me navigate my medical needs, insurance claims and other stressful situations that have occasionally occurred. Mr. Marcus personally has kept me abreast of all updates on my case and takes the time to explain EVERYTHING making me feel like my case is a priority. I know there are cases far more urgent and pressing but it's never apparent or communicated. I look forward to the day when we can settle and close my case. While the journey has arduous, I'm blessed to have found an attorney full of kindness, humanity and a total bad ass in the courts! Go on with your bad self!! Let's get this Justice for the People!

Marcus law firm and immediately they took my case. Eventually I was assigned a worker by the name of Miss Anna who has done nothing but cause doubt and not only Gerald L Marcus law firm, but in myself reaching an accurate settlement for my injuries physical and emotional. I wonder if Gerald L Marcus himself knows of this woman's unprofessionalism? I want to continue working with Gerald L Marcus law firm because it's only the beginning of my claim but I am afraid now due to the comments from Miss Anna of Gerald L Marcus law firm

I had a great experience working with Gerald Marcus on my auto accident case. From the beginning, he was professional, always took my calls, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Most importantly, he resolved the case within the time frame that was initially promised, which I really appreciate. I always felt that my case was in good hands. Highly recommend! 10/10!

From the moment that I called and explained my accident, everyone in the office was kind and attentive. My attorney Vinnie was the absolute BEST! He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my case and I could not recommend him and the firm more.

I typically don't post negative reviews, but the experience that I received with Gerald Marcus was to say the least one of the worst experiences ever from start to beginning I recommend anyone with an injury to check multiple law firms, and their processes before choosing the first one they hear of which is what happened to me. I had a slip and Fall accident in a grocery store while doing DoorDash In 2020 I just received a settlement almost 5 years later I've just $5000.. I had Multiple injuries Including wrist surgery and to this day is only at 70%. I can't even do a push-up because my right wrist will never be the same.. Please, please anyone reading this. Have your attorney get any type Video footage before working on your case. Initially when I spoke to the attorney They said I had a very good case upward to the 80 to 100k Range Which would net me close to 25 to 30k .. The initial claims adjuster offered me 89k My attorney presented me with the offer. I asked if we can get more he confidently said We should be able to, so I continue to fight for more money.. Years into the process, they finally collect video footage from the supermarket, which has me slightly looking down for the items on my shopping list as I was doing DoorDash Because of this, the claim Adjuster said I seen the substance I slipped on which is clear as day that I did not. I was looking for items on my shopping list... Because of this, my attorney said they now want to offer 40,000 and would cost me more to go to trail... My grievances with this law firm is the time it took to get the video footage The first offer which was higher should've been accepted and not tolded we can get more I literally spent five years waiting for a settlement just to receive $5000 for surgery plus multiple injuries plus months of Physical therapy... This was by far one of the worst experiences of my life. I would never recommend this law firm due to multiple issues along the five-year journey, which at the end of the day was pointless for the small amount of money that I received. Please, anyone reading this do your due diligence and get multiple law firms and ask them their processes So you don't waste time, energy and overall made nothing in the process in conjunction to the amount of pain and suffering you received
