Jeff is a super helpful , very efficient and serious lawyer.When we were looking for an attorney to write a demand letter to a company for us Mr. Jeffery Tsu was the only one who responded among the three to whom we sent email requests. Jeffrey quickly arranged a phone call with us. He had empathy and a sincere concern for the problem we encountered. Soon after the first phone meeting, Jeffrey Tsu did some research about the company and gave us some great advice and suggestions. The demand letter was quickly written and sent out. We then got a positive response from the company. We are very happy about the outcome. We would highly recommend anyone seeking an attorney in the Bay Area to go to Jeff Tsu.

Jeffrey is one of the rudest people I've ever had the misfortune to meet. He's condescending and jumped to conclusions even before I finished my question. His comments let me realize he wasn't even listening or trying to understand what my concerns were. I'm surprised he has any good reviews.

Man of few words saves us a lot of money. He gets the job done and does not prolong the agony like other lawyers do. If you want a straight forward lawyer use him.

Tsu is the most rude attorney I met. And he doesn't have professional knowledge.

Jeff is very rude and disrespectful. Now I understand why there are many negative reviews on both Google and Yelp.
