Davis Yu at DY Law has been amazing to work with over the last several years and have now become good friends. Although I'm in San Francisco, we've been able to work very well together remotely. He helped set up my company's operations agreement with my business partner. During the process he's been patient to explain things that we don't understand and ask us questions that we never thought about, so that we could better protect ourselves. He's been fast to replying to my questions too, which is super important. Highly recommend to work with Davis!
