I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Tomasik. I came to Mr. Tomasik after realizing that my previous attorney was trying to settle my case for far less than what it was worth. The first attorney never spoke to me after we signed the contract. All our communication was held through the office assistant, and sometimes it took more than a week to get a call back.
