In 2021, I found that many mistakes were made initially in applying for resident status, ( I will not go into detail ) I needed an attorney to assist in applying for a visa and green card for my wife. Ben Hall at Pacific Law Group, took my case and after getting the mistakes corrected began assisting both my wife and me with the proper applications to submit so that my wife could enter the USA properly. Both Ben and his assistant, Gayane were diligent, professional, and patient with my lack of understanding of this process and documents that needed gathering to insure approval from the consulate. My wife was granted her Visa and we celebrated her arrival to the USA March 10, 2025. The process in sponsoring a spouse is very intricate and I would not suggest anyone applying to do it without the assistant of an experienced lawyer and staff, Ben Hall's law firm is such an attorney.
