I have used Chesley Lawyers Twice now. I was going through some heavy stuff and got myself into some bad situations. Chesley lawyers did right by me both times. I was weary the first time around as I had little contact with my lawyer til court day. The outcome made up for it all, case dismissed. I also came to realize these lawyers are really busy because they are good at what they do. Trust in their skillset and have patience, they will do right by you. When I was wrongfully accused of something a year later and my old dismissed case was brought up, I knew who to call. Chesley Lawyers got that case dismissed as well. Horrible!!!! The Law offices of David chesley just took my money and never even responded my messages when I wanted to reach out about my case. I talked to them before and explained my case. they told me they could help me. I pay and never heard from them back . I reach out to them so many times and they will always tell me " we will call you back " and nothing !. At one point they have the audacity to tell me my case was done(which was a lie, they never did nothing on my case) over the phone and then when I told them to send me proves of the paper work and they told me they " will call me back again " . Back then it took me a while to come up with the money and from them to just not care enough to fix things says a lot about ethic in a service. I wasn't sure if they could help me on my case so I made sure to explain to then in detail everything and they said they could of help me but in order to make sure there was a case I had to pay first and if there was no case to work with they will reimburse me my money since there was no case to work on. After a a month someone from the office call me that they could not do the service I was asking for bc is not possible with my case and to call someone else from the office so they could reimburse me back my money. I call them constantly and they started going in circles talking about . " we will call you back " . I gave up on getting my reimbursement . I have all the deposit receipts, and txt messages. If they need money that bad they can keep it at least I deserve an explanation as to what happen and not just an "we will call you back" every time I call.
