Spoke on the phone but was provided zero assistance with submitting files. Several failed attempts to get a direct email to this company regarding Social Security case. They were not recieving my emails and could not provide an alternative email or way for me to submit reports and medical records. Really never had any kind of company refuse to provide a working email. Very Strange. I wish they had been professional enough to just inform me they would not take my case. Waste of time.
