My father is an old fashioned man (83 years old) who does not want to give out his credit card information or any other his financial information before he actually receives his service. when he visited the lawyer, the reception wanted to take his credit card information even before he sees the lawyer. So he walked away and came back home without seeing the lawyer. Next day this is the email that I got from the lawyer... As you probably know by now, your father left as he declined to pay for the time he wanted me to spend with him. I just cannot imagine why he would think my time is free, when my time is the commodity I have to sell. I do not know of any real estate attorneys who provide free consultations, so there is no one I know to refer you to. New attorneys may provide free consultations, but I have practiced real estate law for 40 years, and I just don't need to do that as I am busy enough as it is. I'm wondering how they are even providing services when they are not accredited by the bbb. They were hired by our landlords to evict us for unpaid rent we received the court documents Wich were very sloppy and contradicting and for some reason when I look up the case number (because none of the paperwork has a court date on it) the case number on the paperwork is non existent..seems very shady to me. I have also been informed that they have been reported to the state bar. Watch out...!!

I have purchased a house with horrible tenants living in it. They did not pay rent for more than $9000. They took me to court to get a restraining order but their request was denied. They gave me a notice that they will move out and they did not move out. They cost me not only the unpaid rent loss also legal fees just to prove that I have done nothing wrong. Their attorney, disputed their handwritten notice to vacate. The most obvious document and easy to find out it was valid. Stay away from crooks!
