Law Office of Mary Ann Tardiff

On 2019 I hired Mary Ann Tardiff to get Conservatorship for my grandson who is Autistic. She finally filed the case this August 8, 2023 after numerous calls and excuses from her blaming the court and everyone else but not taking responsibility for her own negligence. We finally got a court date on October 20, 2023 and on the 19 of October 2023 it was dismissed by the court due to Tardiff not completing her part and was postponed until January 2024. The 3 pages of notes at the court which you can see online was due to her incompetent and unprofessionalism was the cause it to be dismissed.. She did not even show up for court to see if there were things she needed to do for my case. Please do not hire this person unless you desire to get nothing and I do mean nothing in return. Might as well burn the money you give her. I have reported her to my legal service for her incompetence.

If I could leave less than zero, I would. I was recommended to Mary Ann from a friend in town. What a bad decision. I met with her and she reviewed all the details of the case. I walked out $3,000 stolen from me. She did nothing. I reached out to her many times within a 2 month period, NOTHING! READ THE REVIEWS, THEY ARE TRUE. I will be going on every site I can to report this person who is a thief! I only had this happen one other time in my life when I was 23. After two months, I also asked her for an accounting, and she never provided it to me. She is a Joke and she will not help you. Do not use her, you will waste your money and your time.

Avoid at all costs. Lazy, un-communicative con-artist. Paid 2k in cash to retain her services and she provided almost zero work, and wants more money to boot. Years had gone by without any actionable movement on her behalf for a divorce. Come to find out through own self research that the other party has been filing court documents all along and even has a court hearing scheduled (thanks for that one Mary). If you are looking for services beyond the most basic of court documents (that you could probably file yourself through a legal website), look somewhere else. Awful person, awful attorney.

Called the attorney, she said I had a case and she would provide legal service, and she asked I send her all documents right away. I did as she asked and never heard back from her. I even left her a message just to confirm that she received the documents she asked for and if she would be able to help. It was a simple matter that was quickly handled by another attorney. I do not recommend this "attorney."

Unfortunately I didn't read her reviews before we made an appointment for my moms will and trust. The process took several months and when my mom came to sign paperwork, Ms Tardiff was unprepared. Our appointment took 1 1/2 hrs because she was completing the work as we waited. I've also tried contacting her several times for an E-copy of the paperwork with no response. Would not recommend her.
