The law office was representing me in a car accident that hit my foot while crossing a street when the pedestrian light was on. During the course of negotiations with the insurance companies they did a good job. At the time of settlement I asked if all Medicare payments are taken care of buy insurance companies and the answer was positive. However two years later I got a bill from Medicare. I got in touch with the office I was told to pursue the matter with the insurance. I had to pay the bill as the interest was accumulating. This is the reason for 4 stars. I was debating with myself to give 4 or 3 stars and decided on 4. What I learned is not to accept any verbal statements and always ask for a written one. Since I wrote this review, the office helped to get reimbursement from my insurance. Hence I changed my review to 5 stars.

I transferred my case to Josh to work through the challenges associated with the post judgement support issues. For a case that seemed simple it was quite complicated, especially when the other participant was unwilling to communicate. Josh handled everything exceptionally and kept my expectations realistic. He clearly knows the law and has a good understanding of the trends of the court, know the right time to move on various motions to meet our objectives. Both Josh and his assistant Michael communicated very well throughout the case. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone having to go through this, especially if you are destine for a court trial.

Highest review for Mr. Martin as well as his office assistant Mike. Very knowledgeable and prompt in returning calls. Mike said he would have answers for me the next day and he was good for his word. Other attorneys in the area aren't so good at returning phone calls or doing what they promise.
