The Law Office of Rose C. Rosado, APC

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with The Law Office of Rose C. Rosado, APC. Rose C. Rosado was appointed as my younger sister's ad litem, and throughout the entire process, there has been almost no communication. Whenever I reached out for guidance or clarification, I was met with unhelpful responses, including being told, "I can't give you legal advice, I recommend working with an attorney." On one occasion, after asking several questions, I was told, "I don't have time for this," and then she hung up on me. Unfortunately, we are still required to work with her throughout this probate process, and the lack of professionalism and support has made this experience much more stressful. Given the way I've been treated, I do not recommend her services at all.

Was dealing with a custody case over a year or two with two different lawyers from the other side. Rose was always available to us and spent the time to prepare for court. Rose always reviewed with us the path forward and helped us make good decisions based on her wisdom from years of doing this work. I would watch Rose listen carefully to the other side and at the perfect time ask a question or make a comment that would reset the conversation in our favor. Rose will always be my lawyer and anyone wanting a very engaged, effective, intelligent, and kind/caring person to represent them, absolutely consider Rose !

We hired Rose Rosado to administer a trust. Little did we know that due to a difficult family member, we had to pursue legal action above and beyond simple trust administration. Rose was professional and knew exactly how to handle the situation. Her expertise, knowledge and the way she presented herself in court was truly amazing and helped us through a very difficult time. Ms. Rosado is well versed in probate and estate law and gave me sufficient advice to get the return of a large tax refund when there was no will nor ability to file probate. I found her personable, friendly and the $140 I paid for a consultation resulted in my recovering a many thousand dollar tax return. I will definitely see her again if I need legal advice or a living trust.
