I don't even know where to begin in thanking Mr. Monge and his staff in my disability matter not just once but twice. I first retained Mr. Monge's services several years ago after being denied by the ALJ at the hearing level. Mr. Monge took my case all the way to federal court and had it remanded back to the hearing level. When I finally won my case he was able to get them to go back ten years. I just recently came up for my disability review. They sent me to their doctors for medical exams and ultimately said that my condition improved and I was no longer disabled. I have a serious autoimmune disease that has no cure amoung other health issues. I went back to Mr. Monge and begged him to take my case. He told me that an appeal at this level could take up to 18 months. He took my case and asked them to still pay me during the appeals process. Mr. Monge was able to get my benefits back and win the appeal in only two weeks time. Mr. Monge is very knowledgeable and really cares about his clients.
