Started ok. Ended horribly. Several reasons why but, I was on a zoom with jack and the mediator to hear them talk about seeing something on Facebook. I'm like wait yall are Facebook friends? He said yes. I don't feel like jack had my best interest amongst other things. My case started in 2019 and ended in 2023. I had given him my witnesses phone numbers, but at the end I was calling them and had them on a three way call with jack. My experience with this firm was not good, I sometimes got off the phone stressed out. If I could do things over ,I would not have chosen this firm. I probably would have chosen a public defender. He is horrible

Started off OKAY until I was shelved for higher paying cases. His wife will sometimes assistant with incoming calls. Very pleasant lady but with no actual background in this field will speak for her husband with no real context. I'll check in to get updates once a month and will be left on read by Jack Perko via text message. In a time span of 4 months he gave me the wrong dates 3 times. During my meditation, the mediator accidentally kept me in the same room as Jack - and he was bad mouthing me--his own client. Sent me my settlement via standard mail without notifying me, the check never arrived his office said "well you can always pick it up." When confronted about my concerns he blamed everything on his assistant stating "it's not my job to pass along correct dates etc, that is not what I am here for." Even though he was the one who directly gave me all the information. DO NOT HAVE HIM REPRESENT YOU.

Wish I could leave negative stars, arrogant obnoxious sums it up. Go for a first year public defender.

They started off great office staff started avoiding me. And now where playing phone tag.
