So Im getting sued for what ? The lady ran a red light and tboned us in an intersection. Shouldn't matter if the driver had driver license or not I have mines and I couldn't drive that day but anyways it's ridiculous how the system works

My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Todd and his team for more than 20 yrs. Not only have we been treated professionally, friendly, but without regret. Billing has been extremely reasonable. Our questions have always been answered to our satisfaction, litigation has been resolved with favorable outcomes. We highly recommend Todd and his team of professionals.

Update - they did screw me up on keep adding high fees w.o even considering that I am out of work due to this Covid-19 situation. But!! They did offer me option to get back on track w.o charging additional fees.. still wish to have option to pay online! degdegdegdegdegdegdegdeg I change it if situation gets fixed, but as of now I'm abt to deal with "no payments received " stuff n court again looks like. I did miss 1 payment back in summer n Mr.Todd understood situation. Now tho I been making payments in for of cashier check every month, yet in a letter to court it said I haven't paid in last 4 months.. why don't you set up a website with options to pay or pay over the phone? May be my checks got lost in the mail or misplaced somewhere, and I have to start over again with my payment plan? I'm talking abt over $10K to pay back, how do I make sure you guys received my checks for next few years??? I can't possibly be delivering it, you're 380 miles from me! Hope it gets fixed and I don't have to go to court again..

Horrible attorney with no ethics. His whole office is full of really bad people. I would stay away from these people, they play dirty and are very sleazy. Very malicious people especially Todd Haines. Very rude, no class, and I would definitely steer clear of them!

I have been working with Mr. Haines for many years and have always had top notch service. I have nothing but good things to say about his firm and all his employees! Highly recommend them!
