Hired this people had mediation for a mold case got $3,000 on September 2024 the other party insurance breached the contract was left homeless me & 3 children and I still haven't got any money from my case they keep saying court dates one of them even threatened me he will not give me my full money(recording) does anyone know how long it takes on this type of cases I need advice
