I wanted to share my experience with Mr. Apelian as amazing/superb. I was in a serious accident on the 101 freeway and was referred to an different attorney by a former coworker. After a few months I noticed that the attention needed was not obtained by the current legal representation I had requested. After multiple corresponds to my attorney and his firm with no response, I had contacted Mr. Apelian. He took hours of his time to try and help me without retaining his services. I then ended up changing attorneys which was the best decision I could have made. Mr. Apelian had me see professionals that were not previously recommended by my previous attorney. He stays in constant communication with his clients even though he has a very busy schedule. When he is helping you and your situation it feels as if you are his only client. My claim ended up taking almost Four years to complete but he was with my family the whole way. Once the claim was settled he worked through my medical bills directly with the doctors to substantially reduce the bills to maximize my compensation. Mr. Apelian goes above and beyond with his clients to ensure your questions are answered and your family is taken care of for the pain suffered. What's with this attorney Steven Gambardella? I was given his name, and when I called him, he was abusive to me on the phone - like he wanted to fight me! So I looked up his cases on the court website and wowza... case after case, non-appearance, sanctioned for failure to submit discovery, motion to compel discovery, failure to respond to motions, incorrectly filed motions... He himself has been a party to nineteen cases! two that look to be street brawls... a couple where he failed to pay PI and document services and oh looky! it seems an attorney who once worked as his assistant sued him - I guess he didn't pay her? who knows. several legal malpractice cases against him, fraud even! yikes when a lawyer is that bad, you have to wonder exactly what is he doing on his cases to make money... anyway, thankful I missed out on a surefire nightmare experience.

If you want the Best you can stop looking now and retain Bryman and Appelian. You will always get answers and not excuses. The best in the business, and not to mention very good and honest people!
