Client
Mr. Fenn surprised me several times. First, he answered his phone late in the afternoon, at a time that not only shows he appreciates that his clientele are working class folks but that he is not afraid of working hard himself...he was doing the dishes when I called. Secondly, Robert was very knowledgeable and gave great legal advice of how I could handle the 100+ speeding ticket (my first ticket in a decade and the bike doesn't feel like it's going that fast =-)) on my own. He said "this is how I would handle your case, you cant get out of this ticket, the best you could hope for is not to have your license suspended..." I'm paraphrasing. He also told me I could do it without him the same way, he told me what paperwork to file and where to file it. Third, he surprised me with his affordability. Time is money and him taking on the case was the smartest move even if my license was suspended and I had to pay a $1000 fine. Lastly, HE HAD MY TICKET DISMISSED. He over-delivered and under-promised! By the way, Officer Shields is doing great work on HWY 138.
