I would not ever use this firm again. They refused to take my case. Even the firm that they referred me to didn't want to take the case they suggested I call the bar association and get someone else so all these TV commercials about Morris part are a bunch of hooey
(Current 'client'... although that's QUESTIONABLE) Not sure I trust them anymore... I hope this changes at some point, and I'll gladly re-rate them (but I'm not holding my breath... in conversations with them, I felt like I was speaking to a Corporate Defense Firm, not a plaintiff atty)... "They" send a 'form letter' every six weeks or so, delaying any REAL progress in the case (well over 2 yrs now.. for a "fast settling" case)... OBVIOUSLY, "Mr Bart" is hoping to provoke a call or email that 'they' can charge as a "billable hour" against any settlement amount... NOT biting on that, "Mr Bart".... I was "misled" (not going to say LIED to...) to go with "Mr Bart" rather than other firms...I get what i deserve, I guess... Hope they prove me wrong... not that my opinion matters... ("they" wouldn't let me give less than one star)
