Christy & Mr. Moore were absolutely wonderful! My mom & I explained our issues & concerns. Mr. Moore took time to thoroughly review all paperwork, made notes & gave great suggestions we had not thought of. We felt heard & cared for like family or like we've known each other a lifetime. Not one time were we made to feel uncomfortable with understanding the different laws & rules. Mom & I are truly grateful for all his help with answering questions long overdue for answers. Go see Mr. Moore & staff! They're honest, fair & won't break the bank to get the peace of mind you been missing! Will definitely go see them again!

Mr. Moore was hired in August of 23 for a divorce. Once the consultation fee was paid and paperwork filed in the court system there was NO communication from him even with me calling I rarely got a call back. I was told they had requested hearings and finally had enough back and forth to call myself and see- guess what- no hearings were requested at all. Here it is mid May of 2024 and STILL have nothing. I fired Mr Moore and found someone else. My best advice is if it is important to you find someone else. The lack of communication is obscured from a place that requires so much money to "help you"

TL;DR: We'd have been better off spending that 2300$ on underwater basket weaving classes and would have performed about as well legally as we did wasting it hiring Marshall Moore. Conversely, if you find yourself battling Mr. Moore in court, congratulations. You've likely won already. Just wait patiently at the finish line and collect your winnings. This review is specific to Mr. Marshall Moore, as we had no dealings with either of the other attorneys at this firm. To say that Mr. Moore catastrophically failed my girlfriend at almost every critical turn would be the understatement of the century. in February 2020, we paid Mr. Moore 2300$ to retain his services because my girlfriend's soon-to-be ex-husband had taken their daughter away and was refusing to return her. Prior to this, they had been exchanging voluntarily and relatively civilly. From the very beginning, we had constant problems getting a response from either Mr. Moore or his paralegal Ms. Leslie. It would take a week or more at a time to get a response to emails or phone calls or voicemails, and when the responses finally did come, it became increasingly clear that Mr. Moore was grossly incompetent at his job. Our very first in-person visit with him, we explained that we wanted to file for an emergency custody hearing to get my girlfriend's daughter back. After multiple attempts to contact him and his assistant over the following weeks, we finally managed to get a response from Mr. Moore. He had my girlfriend come in for an office visit. When my girlfriend asked him what progress he had made towards getting us an emergency hearing, Mr. Moore stated that he thought we had her daughter this whole time. We literally hired this man for one reason, and he already forgot what that reason was in a matter of a couple weeks. 11 months later, Mr. Moore still hadn't done what we'd paid him to do. My girlfriend went almost a year without her daughter because Mr. Moore couldn't follow basic instructions and file for the emergency hearing we asked him to. Once the divorce itself was finalized, her now ex husband absconded with her daughter yet again. We called the police trying to get her returned to us, because what the ex husband is doing is now illegal. We were told that the finalized divorce decree isn't enforceable in Texas because it was signed by an Arkansas judge. Now the ex-husband is trying to sue my girlfriend for custody of their daughter in court and the true gem in all this? Mr. Moore is refusing to represent my girlfriend in court without us paying him again. Because he did such a stellar job the first time we paid him. 2300$ and a year of our lives to get a divorce decree we can't enforce across state lines, and we still haven't recovered my girlfriend's daughter. We fired Mr. Moore tonight. If you place any value on recovering your kids from a vindictive ex, run far and fast in the opposite direction of Mr. Marshall Moore. He seems to care far more for lining his pockets with your money than he does reuniting children with their parents.

I attained the legal services from Greg Giles for my disability case. He and his office filed my case and after several months my case was approved by the ALJ with the phone hearing cancelled. I could not of been happier to get the result I desperately needed. Thank You Mr. Giles!!! Job well done and I highly recommend hiring him for your case.
