DO NOT HIRE, DOES NOTHING BUT WILL KEEP YOUR RETAINER. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I retained this attorney back in March 2025. Since that date substitution of attorney was never filed, no documents or found on the case as of June 2025. Unable to reach the attorney, no return phone calls no emails. I did request a refund of the retainer because there was no work done on the case then we were on a time kind of strength. As of a month ago I requested a refund of the retainer, and now I still have not gotten a response or my refund. Unfortunately this is unprofessional and unethical to not send back an agreed retainer or communicate. I believe you probably work so long but it's not fair for people who needed their case done in 3 months goes by and there's no activity and no substitution of attorney filed. I don't know any other way than the poster review or follow complaint with the Arkansas Disciplinary board. I should have gotten my refund a long time ago. We had anywhere cuz he situation arise and was unable to reach the attorney. Someone emailed and said they would have him call me at the end of that week, however I want to find out that person no longer works for the attorney and neither does the other assistant. So I really don't know what's going on but it's very unethical. He never returns emails and phone calls but continues to charge the client when he doesn't respond because the client has to reach out doing a week later. I paid him $4,000 retainer, He's expecting to read for me $800 when he hasn't done one dam thing on the entire file. Unfortunately I have to take things to a higher step to get my money back because he has not done anything and have the nerve to take the retainer. He never called any documents let alone a substitution of attorney.
