I couldn't be more disappointed with my experience at this firm. I was involved in a car accident in December. I was hit by a pickup truck. The guy at fault openly admitted he hit me. I had to go to the emergency room. I was in a brace and on crutches. I worked for fedex and was unable to deliver packages for 5 months. I expressed to Milton Law Firm from the beginning before I even hired them that it was important for me to receive pay for time off work. Because I was going to have to be living off savings until I could go back to work. They gave me the word I would get it. And so I hired them. At the end of eight months all I got was a 3,000 check and left with an empty savings account and in debt. I was the victim here yet I am the only one paying for it. They did not go to bat for me. They did not fight for me they did not care. Even despite my constant reminders of the situation. All they did was accept whatever the adjuster would offer. This company is not a company that will fight for you. They are simply a middleman, waiting to collect their money. My advice call somewhere else! Don't be deceived by their niceness on the phone! You've been warned.

Everyone at the office is professional and helpful. They answer all of your questions and leave you feeling secure and knowing they are taking your case seriously. They always answer my calls or messages and if not they respond quickly to return them. They keep me updated on my case and I feel very informed on the plan and actions we will take. They are also friendly & personable. They don't make me feel like just another client, but instead a case that has been individualized and they go the extra mile to make sure I have the best representation possible. I couldn't be happier with choosing the Minton Law Firm for my case. However it turns out, I know I have the best representation available to me and I will be satisfied.
