I hired Clay to represent me in court for a traffic violation. He worked out a deal where I could complete community service and take a driving course to keep points off of my license. I completed these requirements and sent proof of completion, but the points were added to my license regardless. I requested that Clay help me in resolving the situation, but he was no help at all. We would schedule calls for a certain time, and he would just never call me. I was always the one to call his office, and half the time he wasn't even available for the times we had scheduled weeks in advance. He completely blew me off once the court appearance was done as if it was just not his problem. If you're looking for someone to "go to bat" for you, Clay is not your guy. Move on.
