I have used Mark for over 20 years for different types of cases, I wouldn't dream of calling any other attorney for any type of case. Every time he explains what's going on where I can understand and every time the outcome is as good or better than id hope for. Mark has always worked hard and been honest with me. By far the best attorney I know of!

I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. He's a smartass and gives bad advice. The witnesses for the state didn't show up two times because they knew they lied on me and he made a plea with the state without talking to me about it and they kept the bond money I put up which he suggested I pay(he said it would be cheaper). Dude is arrogant and all about himself and his toys.

I had the opportunity to observe Mr. Mobley in court during a case he was handling. In my view, his courtroom strategy was confusing at times -- for instance, he objected to information presented by the opposing attorney, only to later introduce the same material himself. Interestingly, some of that information appeared to support his client's case. During the proceedings, Mr. Mobley seemed unfamiliar with certain legal concepts, such as the "one-party consent" rule regarding recorded conversations. I also noticed what I interpreted as a consistently dismissive or disrespectful tone toward the opposing counsel, court staff, and even the judge. After the judge issued a final ruling with clear deadlines -- including tasks like signing the final decree and arranging payment for the court-appointed attorney -- there appeared to be a series of delays and complications that I personally found frustrating to follow. I later read one of his responses to the opposing counsel, and based on that communication and his conduct in court, I came away with concerns about the level of professionalism on display. According to public information shared with me, his client reportedly paid over $30,000, and as of the time I observed the case, the matter was still unresolved. Overall, based on what I witnessed and reviewed, I had a negative impression of Mr. Mobley's performance. Others may feel differently, but I was not surprised to see his online rating reflected a similar trend, with an overall score of 2.6 out of 5.

He was rude, unprofessional, and kept scolding me and talking down to me. He accused me of trying to rush him into looking at a real estate agreement. He said I waited too long. He kept repeating that he could not explain it to me in an hour. Then, why did he take my money? He loves to talk about himself, but he was no help to me. He tried to get me to sign a paper, which I refused. Then, he would not return my document. It was the most bizarre and expensive waste of time I ever had. I really don't recommend him.
