This has been by far the worst experience I've had speaking to anyone at a law firm regarding my need for legal representation. I am currently going through a very traumatic event in my life, and it was extremely frustrating to encounter someone who was so insensitive and dismissive of my situation. The person who answered the phone continuously cut me off and failed to listen or even attempt to understand what I was explaining. My concern was that the other party's complaint did not include any of the information I provided--which is common in divorce cases when the filing party is attempting to avoid accountability. Yet, instead of considering this, she repeatedly said she was "confused because none of that is in what he originally filed."I found this response completely invalidating. It seemed she could not grasp why I was calling them to seek representation--precisely because the filing did not reflect the truth. Her inability or unwillingness to understand the context left me feeling unheard, dismissed, and deeply frustrated. I ended the call and decided against using their services because, in my opinion, someone like this should not be handling initial calls from clients already in vulnerable and difficult circumstances. This experience was not only unhelpful but also unnecessarily harsh during an already challenging time.

Mr. Faught and his staff are by far the absolute best! They helped my family with a custody issue and was so informative throughout the entire process. I cannot express how thankfully we are for Mr. Faught and his team! I would give more than 5 stars if it were an option. If anything ever arises in our future, we will, without a shadow of a doubt, hire Mr. Faught again!! Thank you for everything that you have done for our family!
