Jeff was an amazing help! He met me in office one time, said that I could do what I was doing without an attorney, and printed off what I needed.. As well as kept in touch through email to make sure I didn't have any questions! For not having to be there every step, I'm sure glad I had him in my pocket to help me when I had a question!

They took a while to get any answers, after being hung up on, calling, leaving messages I finally talked to a nice woman that works with them but just as everything else has been going horribly wrong they said I qualified and was even told they're was grants available for people in my situation then I'm told that "they're case load is to heavy, here's a petition for you so you can represent yourself". I'm not risking that. This pertains to my 5 year old daughter who is in a place that is unsanitary and even dangerous.. that's my baby girl that I have raised and taken care of since birth. I've done it all.. then some woman lies because she is angry and in this great state that was enough with no investigation no evidence to take my little girl... I need an attorney to back me, for her sake but I do not have 3k...it's sad that all of it is all about money not honesty and that we are guilty until proven innocent not innocent until proven guilty this is the law system we are supposed to trust. I don't have any faith in the law anymore and fully understand now it's all capitalism.

The lady I spoke to at the Logan County District Court Southern Division is very rude and snapped at me over the phone. There is no stupid question to a stupid answer. How is a person suppose to know about their records?
