I was hit by a moving vehicle while crossing a crosswalk. I scheduled an appointment with this office. The appointment was for sept 23 at 2pm. The bilingual front desk lady called me two hours before my appointment to try and reschedule, saying that it was because she didn't want to get her sandals wet. I mentioned how i had changed many plans around for this appointment that we had made and that i was working around a broken window in the rain to arrive there as we planned. She said that if it was that important to me, she would be there and keep my appointment she had made with me. I went to the appointment hoping to have this attorney's help but instead, the bilingual front desk lady met me with a nasty sour attitude. I felt belittled and and was not helped. I was very hopeful to have this attorney's help but it is uncomfortable to experience this front desk treatment.

I couldn't say anything bad about this place they treated you very well Mr&Ms Swindle are top tier I appreciate working with them they did an excellent job thanks again
