If you're looking for an immigration lawyer, these are your guys. Mauricio and his team are the best in our NWA area. I have known this firm since 2019 and have always been treated kindly by Mauricio and his staff. Just recently I had to travel for my interview appointment in Cd Juarez. Mauricio met with me a month prior and answered all of my questions. Always listening and giving me a good response. They guided me every step of the way. They took care of scheduling all the necessary appointments for this interview in Juarez. All I had to do was show up on time. I went to each appointment prepared and was so thrilled when I received the approval for my residency. I couldn't have done it without the help of Herrera Law Firm. I met with attorney Herrera we agreed that I would provide information and set a follow up appointment at the desk. I set the follow up appointment and within a few days sent the information requested. When I called to check if the had the information the receptionist could not find it or me in the system. Once I was found I was told they had the information but I had no follow up appointment. I gave them the time and day I was provided and they said they would need to check with Mr. Herrera as the appointment given to me was not in the system. Two weeks passed no call so I called to ask about my appointment and again they did not know who I was and had to be discovered in the system again. I was told they would call me. Four days out of the appointment no call so I called back and this time I was told attorney Herrera was not responding to the emails sent by the receptionist so they could not verify my appointment in just a few days. I was told I could set a new appointment 4 weeks into the future and this after already waiting 4 weeks for the appointment given but not in their system. This law firm has a problem following up with clients and then they make it your fault for being upset that there is no follow up. I would not recommend this firm, I think they may be overwhelmed or too disorganized to run properly.

Call them to ask if they can help me with legal assistance. They took my information and details about my case they said they would reach out to me after they explain the case to an attorney. Am still waiting for the call at least if they can't help it would be nice to let me know.

I had Mr Herrera help me with my Immigration Case after another Attorney failed me. I have never been treated so nice and respectful by all Employees and an Attorney before.
