He lies all the time and he got my 19 year old son to sign for prison time, my son has never been in trouble, attends college, upstanding citizen and works hard. Mr. Proctor never returns your phone calls and is very rude. His wife is very respectful, cares, sweet lady and I think that's why people use him. But he is a terrible communicator that returns your calls only at night when he knows you're not going to answer because your asleep. Mr. Proctor also talk poorly to my me, my mom,my family and I would advise no one to ever use him.
