Sanford Law Firm

Sanford Law firm which advertises "We're Not Afraid of Anyone and We Stand With You" is false. I've had a TCPA case with them since May 9, 2024 and to this date, they have not filed this case or communicated efficient with me. Before you ask did I give Sanford Law firm what was asked of me, absolutely yes and more. Hell, I even typed of a lawsuit against TomoCredit which the intake person, Trey Wilson, asked did I file the lawsuit. This law firm which I just learned has merged with another firm needs to get it together, stop advertising they give great service, and tighten up. Grade: -F

THIS LAW FIRM... 5 Years.. our lawsuit took 5 years... and when everyone was saying "Ah you'll never actually get your money, it's been too long.." They never once gave up, slowed down, and always communicated the entire way through. Even graciously answered my abundance of phone calls for updates and questions along the way haha Jamari, couldn't ask for more professional and friendly! If you want lawyers that won't stop fighting for you even when you yourself lose hope that you'll get the outcome you deserve.. you found em! Thank you to everyone who put in the time and effort to make it all happen!

I sent a message and I called I'm trying to be a new client. Is it another number I can call to get in touch with someone? Are y'all taking new cases

I have left 3 messages with the "intake center" over 4 days with no call back. I called through a company called Expertise today and they did not receive an answer. I really wanted to work with these guys due to all of the positive comments, but if you can't reach them and they do not return calls how can this happen? I am disappointed as I expected great service.

They got the job done and quickly. My case was settled in about 6 months. Communication and explanations could have been better between the attorney that was assigned to handle the 1st part of my case and myself. Other than that, I had a good experience working with this firm. The attorney that handled the last phase of my case was very helpful. He communicated well and explained every detail perfectly. He stayed in constant contact with me ensuring that I was understanding the process and to answer any of my questions. All of the paralegals were great and did a perfect job, especially Jamari. She is great. I would definitely recommend this law firm to handle any of your employment cases.
