Not the best experience. Communication is severely lacking. They never answer phone calls or emails, and then take days to respond. Pam (I suppose the receptionist or operator) is very nice and always answers the phone/redirects my calls, but to no avail because the follow-up is lacking. About 2 weeks after my filing appointment, they hadn't filed my case yet and I'd actually changed my mind about filing since they took so long. I sent an email asking not to file, and they filed my case anyway. Okay, fine. Maybe I really did need to - I was just nervous about it. But then, zero communication. I only knew they'd filed my case because I called. I finally received my trustee assignment letter 2 days before my first payment was due, not giving me much time to prepare. At this point, yes I may have truly needed to file, but I wish I'd gone with a different company.
