We called them on Nov 26 of this year - regarding a wrongful termination for my husband. We were on the phone for an hour with the person who pre-screens potential cases. We were told that the information was going to be directed to an attorney and that the attorney will need contacting us. It's been a week and guess what? NOTHING at all. Not surprised because the only cases they want are car accidents and social security claim denial because those have a quick turn around and then it's on to the next. They don't want cases that require actual 'work' so be wary when you try to hire this firm. They absolutely are NOT 'for the people' as they claim. Don't get discouraged- attorneys are a dime a dozen but their are a few that deliver. And please don't answer me back with your manufactured, form response. You've already insulted us enough.

Thank you Morgan and Morgan. My family has suffered greatly due to H&R Blocks's negligence. I did not receive my 2021 taxes and it was devastating. We were kicked out of our house because we could not afford our rent and ended up homeless living in hotels rooms the 5 of us in rough conditions. Staying at the motel was dangerous and also very disgusting as there were cock roaches, and ex prisoners and crack heads and drug deals happening in the parking lot. I was ashamed that we had to go thru that. No family should have to experience that. We also had car trouble during that time and couldn't afford to fix it. I was robbed of my 13,000 and some change that was owed to me and my family. That was my hard working money that I had earned and was entitled to.
