There will also be lying, thieving, uncooperative second, third, fourth, maybe even fifth unknown legal parties brought in on "personal injury" case getting 40 percent each payout that client hasn't received in five years of case. The CPAP cases was over in 2023. March 2025 I still waiting to be compensated in near 2026. Reaching out to Gary, he acted as if he was surprised I wasn't compensated stating he wasn't until I was which is all lies. I am tricked into signing checks for all legal parties to get paid even those i have no knowledge of in exception to me getting paid and I am the suffering client. Gary is partners with lawfirms Nolen & Jez, Brown & Greer, and randomly Lanier. After receiving the 1.1 billion and additional 25 million dollar legal client account, be mindful I have an independent personal injury not class act, i have not received a dime from it although signed for monies to be released. I received a letter in May 2025 for asthma cut, begging, crying, pleading, pulling teeth, facing displacement of living, poor health in late October I finally received a 3k check that was initially 7,500 after signing for 3 different money disbursements from 2020-2025. No communication with all legal parties and team. Man, I can go on and on of the legal malpractice. Such a blessing to be covered in the Blood of Jesus Christ! The devil can see me but it cannot touch me. From experience, this legal process drains, hustles and financially exploits poor sick people from all these legal parties and partners. Save yourself! I had to leave a star to write review.

I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Mr. Green was kind enough to listen to me and address my concerns with grace even before accepting my case. When several attorneys wouldn't because of a difficult malpractice situation. Once my case was accepted by Mr. Green he and his team worked diligently to finalize a generous settlement, keeping me well informed throughout the entire process. I am grateful to have had Mr Green take care of this matter for me, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking his services.

I had my case handed over to Casey Or Kasey Green whom I've spoken to twice. Only to tell me my case was settled for a $1000.00. $400 was N gift cards from the company. She settled my case without even talking to Me about it. Cash settlement $600.00. I got $198.00 N'd $400.00 N gift cards. After reading what the company letter to Me the $400.00 N gift cards was a Courtesy, for being a Valued Customer. It was not apart of the settlement. If I could give a ZERO STAR I WOULD. Make it Make Sense.

My Mom died in a nursing facility where she was neglected. I contacted this office and gave them proof from a nurse at the facility. They never did anything and did not contact me. Later I called them, they told me my Mom died from liver disease which was a lie. I felt hurt and disappointed. I'll always have bitterness against this law office.

I would 100% recommend Mr. Robert Ginnaven from this firm he was very swift and prompt from the time he was given my case. I appreciate him for not only keeping me updated about my case but also just checking in to see how I was doing. Definitely looking forward to do any future business with him.
