I have been a client of Jeff's for years and when I say yeasts I mean I have not had an active case since a settlement he did back in 2017 which was when I was paid out. Now I am seeing a lot of people saying they smell thing about waiting years and opt hearing back from him or anyone. Hey I get that and this is why guys this is a one man show firm vs the all the large ones who advertise and have a whole team of people that are gonna be there to work more cases. But if you just trust the process and him he will not disappoint. I met him through a chiropractor who recommended him when he said he was gonna have a couple attorneys at this office that evening if I hadn't not retained anyone to assist with my case yet. Knowing the last time I used this same Christian's went to one of the big well respected firms didn't hear anything but negative stuff about this provider who was treating me not once billed me reached out to me and made everything easy. So I asked him who would he recommend he said Jeff that he is rates #1 in Arkansas time for personal injury attorneys. For those who don't kno that. Today the least yes it was not quick but to be honest it wasn't any faster with using a big firm as far as getting paid out. U just are able to speak to some one who most likely if not even attorney but a paralegal who does all the paperwork stuff preparing for if the case goes to court which is some thing that rarely happens if they can come to a age for a settlement amount. But Jeff will tell u up front if he will be able to get the max back and he will not stop until he does for example minimum liability coverage in the state of Arkansas 25k and he always shoots for that a a bare minimum. And if that's all that he is able to get bc it was bc that is all their policy will cover he does not charge or how he explains it to me is he don't charge whatever the full fee he takes out for him. Now he was more than helpful during the wait of the settlement process with compensation more than I even got on the other claims with other firms. And I still walked away at the end with 17k in pocket. This man deserves more credit than these reviews I am seeing ! God bless

I have been a client of Jeffs for years my first rear-end accident was in 2012 and the second one in 2017 no fault of my own and I'm still waiting for my cases to be closed. I never hear anything from him or his staff and when I call for updates on my case they can't never tell me anything or call me back. I have since moved out of Arkansas and tried updating my phone number and address and can't get anyone on the phone for a simple update to my file. I rarely call them anyway because they are always so busy. I like him but they have too many cases I have never felt my case was a priority to them. I have yet to receive a settlement on my second case and have paid out of pocket for everything I don't know at this point if I will ever get my case resolved. I'm still injured to this day from those accidents yet I keep living life with the reminder of those accidents because the case is still open. I'm starting to question the practice altogether.

One mighty honest attorney. Went to UCA with him in the 1970's. Had all of our Political Science classes together. Was Usher in my wedding, 1992. Very sound Christian. I mean he helped win my case and my daughters. ... So he's great for that and I'm thankful.... Tells me my settlement is ready to accept 2 weeks before Thanksgiving this year..doesn't accept it or get the paper work together until after thanksgiving...here it is almost the end of the year haven't seen it....Another lawyer I'm now talking to about it says it's a possibility he has it and is trying to collect interest off it. So that's cool and hope is not true.I get that I'm not the only client just don't tell me every week it will be ready for pick up when it isnt...I depended on this to help catch up on a lot of things that the wreck I was in put me behind on...this has been more frustrating than I care to admit.
