WATCH OUT! If you are not making them a lot of money, they will be treat you with disregard and indifference. It took them 13 months to settle my case. They took no time to keep me informed and were angered at me when I had to take my time to respond. The attorney was short and did not like having to represent me because I was a waste of his time. His assistant was also "short and to the point" her words, because I was "1 of 80 clients" she had to deal with. When I made mistakes on my paperwork, they grew even more short and disingenuous. I would say if you would like an attorney that cares about you, this is definitely not the place for you. I am sure there are more attorneys that would put forth more effort in the long run. After all you are making them money so they should treat you with the level of care.

To the comment Nikki, This law firm is not a cattle call and if it "only" took four months to settle your case thats not a long time.The claims process is frustrating sometimes but very important. Every provider is contacted and how quickly they respond determines the delays if any. After all of the documents are received from medical providers, . The documents must be reviewed, and other things are happening such as witnesses to interview and putting a settlement packet together. If the case doesnt settle, it is moved into litigation and the court sets the trial date not the attorney. It is important to have experienced attorneys represent you that will get you the most settlement or not be afraid to take the case to the courtroom. This law firm has experience in fighting for your case and not just settling for any amount. I know this law firm has more experience than most.

I rec'd a Social Security Disability notice of termination. I called Gary Holt & Associates and was so well represented, the termination was overturned. I didn't *want* to go on disability but I had no choice. Gary Holt and his associates worked hard for me!!

I'm not pleased with the Settlement I received! If you don't want to WAIT Months for you Money! Do not chose this law office! I finished therapy @ the END of June! I didn't receive my PAY OUT until 10/28!The Lawyers @ the company I had a Complaint with! We're CALLING Me asking when was I ready to Settle! I was waiting on Mr.Holt Team to get my Medical Bills etc...together! It took them 4 mos to do it! I had a Sprung ligament in the top of my Back! From when my Neck Jerked fwd! During the accident...It was PAINFULL for wks! I went to therapy! I wouldn't use them in a CASE!If your expecting Payment in a Timely Manner!I waited 4 mos to receive a $1,000!Not to mention I did a lot of my own foot work! I e-mailed my Dr. Bills to them!& kept them updated on my therapy! I really feel they were a WASTE of my TIME! I thought they were the other Holt associates anyway! "UNSATISFIED CLIENT"

My mother called to talk about her recent injury, and the gentleman proceeded to tell her that: "Well it sounds like bad luck to me" That's very unprofessional, and very hurtful. Someone gets their let amputated, and you think thats an appropriate thing to say? You not only said it once, you said it several times to her. That's extremely disappointing, shame on you!
