Miller Law Firm

Only phone calls I got from this office was badgered by his spouse and staff, for monies 15k total fee paid...to no work done to no refunds. Because the person(s) being named in suit never called them back?? 15k for phone calls , no letters, no other correspondence. I won't define that as a great attorney or a good one... never asked for my witnesses contacts nor called my spouse who was also my witness... Better off dealing with the problem myself then adding more punitive damages to myself and character. I seemed to have paid for services for the parties I was suing. And they are the ones who was represented. MR.Millers wife got all my jewelry well under cost, I hope the scam was worth it. That's exactly how I feel and none of the adults in the office done anything remotely as one should at a law office...scammed my money and refused detailed statements with his office and his private eye same thing, his response *i gave it to the attorney* As a client im not allowed to have his report either?? 4k went to the PI ..who also never called my witnesses nor my spouse Keep looking

Mrs Tammy is amazing and must constantly hold this firm together because Randall does not care about the outcomes of his clients after they pay and are on the hook. Does not keep his clients informed, scolds them for not being informed, then is late to court every time. Very lucky to have Tammy run his business for him.

My husband got Mr. Miller for his custody battle, and Mr. Miller did NOT do his job. He was not truthful about jurisdiction and took thousands from my husband to do absolutely nothing. My husband tried contacting him every week and it took over a month after my husband paid him for Mr. Miller to even make him my husbands atttorny in the system. He only talked to my husband once in the timespan of 3 months before court, he was late for court and did nothing at court that he said he would do. We are very disappointed and do not recommend him. We lost thousands of dollars for nothing, all we received was lies and no effort.
