Don't go to this guy. He is outright rude and a jerk. His good reviews must be fake names he made up so he could manipulate his rating, because all the real reviews here are one star. I called to ask a simple question and he treated me like I was an absolute scumbag. There is no reason for a professional to speak with somebody like he did. He had no idea what he was talking about, so he covered it up with disrespect and trying to make me feel like I was in the wrong for even asking a simple question. This guy is a joke. Go somewhere else.

HE IS NOT A CHILD CUSTODY LAWYER. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. He was my attorney for my first custody case ever. He DID NOT help me AT ALL. He urged me to do things and agree to things I did not want to agree to. He yelled at me a few times because he didn't agree with my view or what the law actually stated. He told me evidence I had couldn't be used, but upon speaking with a real custody attorney, it would have all been relevant and the knowledgeable attorney said in plain terms "I got used for my money". HE IS NOT A CHILD CUSTODY LAWYER. He is solely an estate attorney. If he tells you otherwise. It's because he simply "needs the money" like he stated in the emails I exchanged with him. PLEASE. If your in a tight situation when it comes to money, your better off representing yourself or contact legal services.

I called to schedule an appointment with Mr. Sanders and was informed by his secretary that I could meet him the same afternoon to discuss him writing up a real estate contract. When we (my family and our home buyer) arrived at the office, I am sorry to say that our experience with Mr. Sanders was very unprofessional, especially in the way he treated our home buyer. He snapped something very rude toward our buyer which took him (our buyer) a bit by surprise. Mr. Sanders informed us he was in a rush as he had other more pressing things to do, but he should have told this to his secretary from the beginning. It's not our fault he was under pressure, but he should have treated us and our buyer with respect and professionalism which he did not. He made us feel uneasy, uncomfortable, and not at all what one might expect from his profession. He also wasn't very helpful answering our questions, making us feel reticent to even ask questions due to his attitude. After about 30 minutes spent in his office, we decided to leave as this initial experience left such a bad taste in our mouth. Maybe we just caught him on a bad day (we all have those), but still, his attitude toward us made us feel like we were the ones at fault for whatever was going on that day.

Would give zero out of 5 if possible. Claimed to be family attorney and he's not. Wasted almost 2 years to protect his brother who was defending the opposing party. Then after doin nothin to progress our case, he said he should refund us cuz he don't think he could win even though our current lawyer thinks it's a slam dunk. Andddd did not give us half of our money back. Absolutely appalling and hope i can save someone else.

Mike has been so helpful to me over the years with my dad's estate. Living out of state would have been so much more difficult without his help. No matter the issue, he had a solution. I will always be grateful for the help he gave to me in a very difficult time.
