Josh communication is very bad. He will not return my calls I have been calling and leaving messages with his secretaries and his para legal, she don't return calls either-and I have been requesting a refund of my money for over three years.. No attorney is as busy as Josh proclaim to be. DO NOT USE HIM!!! HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DODGE YOU..Nothing good will come to a person like him.
Josh won't call me back we was in the middle of a custody battle case he has now stopped responding to my messages going on 5 weeks now. I've left messages and text through his personal cell to his secretary. I will have to start this process over with a new lawyer. Bad business. He won't respond for anything. Bad to leave a a client and kids empty the throughout this process.
We hired Josh to help us after my dad died in March. He has gone months without returning our calls. We are now forced to hire another attorney and we are in a time crunch. I do not recommend him. I have filed a complaint against him with the bar association as well. This is not something any family should have to deal with after losing the most important person in their life.
I've been dealing with Josh and sometimes his brother for almost a year. They are busy but what lawyers isn't,,,, I couldn't be thankful enough for y'all. I strongly recommend them they definitely don't play when far is far I'm so thankful for yall not only handling my business but also being very open with a reason and can actually explain their selfs to where you'll understand they are amazing the whole office is very smiley and nice
