Charges high prices and says he'll always deliver what he promises because courts know the weight his name carries. A week before court, he told me he had already spoken with the prosecuting attorney and the deal he promised was done. In court, it was a different story. He couldn't deliver what he promised, couldn't get them to change anything they were doing. The agreement he said he already had done is not at all what I ended up with. Additionally, he told me my speeding ticket would be "taken under advisement" and that is the plea I agreed to. However, I'm now finding out that it was not taken under advisement.

I called to get an appointment for legal advice and the receptionist got my name and husband's name and no more than a minute later she comes back on the line, telling me they can't take me on because there was a "conflict". I was confused as to why they were automatically denying me as a client, considering I've never used them before and they knew nothing about my case, she refused to elaborate or give me any kind of reason as to why or what the supposed "conflict" may be, saying, "she couldn't tell me anything else." Absolutely ridiculous lawfirm.
