If you are looking for a good professional lawyer then this is the place to call. And the receptionist Mrs Florence is super nice and helpful. They will do the best they can to help you win your case and she's pretty successful at doing that.

Most of the time, I interact with Florence and she's so wonderful. She always has a kind word for someone and is always willing to help - even when it doesn't pertain directly to the case they are working on. I've worked with both Evelyn and Elizabeth and both attorneys are extremely professional and always on the ball. I feel prepared and confident I have a strong team backing me. If they say they will do something, I don't need to double or triple check that it has been done, as I have experienced elsewhere. If you leave a message, your call or email is almost always returned within 24 business hours, which is a novelty when compared to other law firms I've worked with. My experience with Tolley and Brooks was very positive. I filled out all applications sent to me by Social Security, which took several months of various correspondences. Tolley and Brooks handled and monitored all other paperwork with SS, and checked in with me with any notices concerning due dates and deadlines. It turned out to be a very seamless application process. If I ever had questions or concerns, Tolley and Brooks were responsive and easy to talk to. They were detailed oriented.
