Five stars! Ten out of ten! I highly recommend and am thoroughly impressed with Odom Law Firm! After I was rear ended by another car, I could barely turn, raise, or lower my head from the whiplash. Odom Law Firm is very experienced and knowledgeable with car accident injuries and was very thorough with my case. Gus, at Odom Law Firm, was exceptional at being able to explain to me in a way I could easily understand what my options were, as well as her plan for steps in my interest moving forward. The skillful staff are very warm, caring, and accommodating. The facilities are very clean and modern, offering coffee, tea, water and cable TV. The appointments are quick and effective, and I've always felt more educated and aware of my options and what to expect after an appointment. In several appointments, I never had to wait more than five minutes before being seen, and they go above and beyond with customer service and communications. I routinely was given updates by phone, texts, and email messages. Lastly, and maybe most importantly, my settlement check was actually more than I was expecting from consultations! They will fight for every penny you are owed! This is one great law firm, and I highly recommend them!
