If I could give a zero stars I would. This lady is complete trash. She took my sister's case and took my sister's money and never did any work kept telling us that she had family problems and all other kinds of BS and then months later after not doing any work since my sister a message saying She is no longer representing her and not giving her her money back . Stay away from this lady if you care about whatever it is that you need represented.

I would not recommend this law firm to represent my dog . My mother hired this law firm to represent my disabled nephew in a guardianship case and it was suppose to only take a few months and took over a year and she was paid upfront , this was an open and shut case , she never got a call back when you left messages etc , when court date finally rolled around afterwards she didn't even get a thank you for your business , absolutely awful so if you need legal help for your family you better go somewhere else cause you aren't gonna get it here .

Tabitha Branch took my money and would not talk to me after i paid her and i even made appointments with her and she would not be available when the appointment came. I called and called and would even be told by the receptionist that she would call me back but never received a call. I asked for a refund so i could go else where since she never had time for me at all in a month and a half. I never got to speak to her at all till i decided to stop using her services. When i said i no longer wanted to use her services she told me she had already sent out a letter to the place and forgot to get it certified and that i'd only receive partial refund. She said she would send me paperwork to sign thru email canceling service with her. I never received anything. No emails, no refund. I talked to another attorney and he said that i should've seen this letter and approved of it before she sent it and that she has to have it emailed or certified when sending to the place i was going against otherwise there was no proof of contact. So the fact that ive never seen a letter or that there was no proof of a letter, i sent her an email asking for this proof of the letter or i wanted a full refund. I got no reply for over a week. I called the company she was supposed to send the letter to and they claimed to never gotten anything (they still don't know I've hired her at all). I finally went to her office and i was very nice and just told them who i was and that i was hoping to get my refund. The assistant handed me an envelope. I opened it and it had a partial refund and a letter typed out that she claims she sent to the place but thats not what i asked for, i needed proof it was sent and a typed out letter was not proof. She also kept calling me a he in the letter. Also i read the letter and its not at all what was discussed. The letter was supposed to say they had 10 days to fix or replace my camper i bought due to lemon law and the letter typed up is different and she asked them for my money back and thats not what i wanted and that would mean we have to go to court instead of try to get them to fix it first with a legal letter. I also witnessed the assistant taking the lords name in vain multiple times and she refused to let me even speak to Tabitha. If u are a Godly person i want u to be aware that they broke 3 of Gods commandments while i was there. Im a messianic Jew and wear my pendents and its very clear i am. They stole from me, they lied to me and they took HIS name in vain in front of me in the office. This is very unprofessional. I am not good with conflicts and i started shaking and crying because i just wanted it to be made right and that was all. I was never rude to them at all. I called the police to make a report so i could have proof of this incident. Tabitha came out and forced me out of the building. I just wanted to have a cop make me a report. I never cussed them or said anything to make them feel i was being hateful in anyway. If anything i couldnt stop crying because i was in disbelief that she would do this and it really is destroying me that not only am i going through an issue with a camper purchase i made thats costed me a lot of money and distress but now even the attorney i took trust in is also taking advantage of me as well and causing more distress and money. I literally just feel like breaking down at this point and i just so badly wanted Tabitha to know that i hope u find the lord and do his will one day. Being an attorney means u help people get justice in front of a human and worldly judge. However we all know that at the end its the Godly judge we will answer to. He knows our hearts. I hope that the lord takes you and keeps you Tabitha and Debbie. I hope that u come to love people
