Debbie is the absolute least helpful individual. Hemma was way better, I can't even stand calling into Jesse Thompsons office anymore because of this person. Mr Thompson is awesome, his paralegal is trash.

I was a client of Jesse's in 2019 for a family law case. I brought in all the documentation and paperwork I could and the office handled the rest! Jesse is a straight forward when it comes to meeting with him and explained things very bluntly. I appreciate that quality. It helped me make the best decisions I could as a client. I would also point out that Amy is outstanding to work with. She is very responsive to emails and phone and was very consultative with any questions I had about the process. If you need legal help I would highly recommend Jesse.

Very unprofessional. Lost some of my documents, always had an excuse, and it was always someone else's fault. He went through 5 secretaries while I was a client which was about 1 year. When I would meet with him, it always felt like an inconvenience and he was always distracted. I had to repeat myself many times and he was very negative. I wouldn't recommend him.

I had a consultation with Mr Thompson and was told to bring in all my paperwork and we would help me with my issue. I waited 2 months to hear from him and did not. I called his office and he was very rude. He acted as if he had not told me to bring my papers in and said, "I don't know what you think I can do for you!" Then I asked about getting my file back and was told they had moved and did not know if his assistant could find it. I went to the office and sat and waited until she did. Strange behavior from a legal professional.

I confirmed an appointment for Friday the 14th at 4pm with Jesse's assistant on Wednesday the 12th and turned in all documents to her that afternoon. We show up at 4pm Friday to speak with Jesse (at our confirmed appointment time) and he was in the back watching horse races . When his assistant realized she had forgotten our appointment she told us we would probably have to reschedule because she forgot. She took the paperwork back to Jesse and we could hear him complaining to her about not knowing about our appointment. He didn't even know she has had the paperwork since Wednesday until she went back there. Then he proceeded to tell her he was busy and on the phone and slammed the door. She came out to reschedule and I walked out. Super unprofessional and will never go back.
