Just do yourself a favor, RUN. He made me feel completely alone during my divorce he PREYS on the emotions of women. He had me meet him in a restaurant to take my case. He never once did anything except let my exs lawyer run the show. He's great at forwarding emails and brings up how great he is. He yelled at me on the phone on several occasions. He "required" me to call him every night. I hated it. That became such a point of DREAD, every night! All that did was constantly open up the wounds of my separation from my husband. And when I fired Jim, he stated how he "always was available to take my calls"!!!!Thank God I fired him before my divorce was over. After I fired Jim, he texted me and said he missed me !! wow, it's SO unprofessional. I have a new attorney who can't believe how this guy is even practicing law. Read the reviews. It's an emotional time trying to find a lawyer, but do yourself a huge favor and read reviews first. These people are NOT lying. I have seen the tendencies Jim has and it's no good.

Mr. Hensley and his staff went above and beyond in answering my calls, texts, and emails to calm my nerves. They listened and let me know that my concerns were valid. Mr. Hensley answered my calls no matter the time of day or night and worked hard to ensure that our process was not only timely but extremely effective and we won. My children and I will always hold Mr. Hensley and Ms. Kellie near and dear to our hearts for a job well done. Five stars isn't a high enough rating for the hard work, honesty, dedication, and peace of mind that they provided for my family.

Jim is an excellent communicator and an excellent attorney. He is proficient, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, empathetic, and competent. He knows what he is doing and he succeeds when you (the client) comply with his council. Just do exactly what he says. Nothing more nothing less. No matter how emotionally charged or how tempted you may feel to retaliate or lash out, it is crucial to exercise self-control and discipline and patience. Jim gives wise counsel and I testify that heeding his direction will significantly optimize your chance of winning. My wife and I were married last year in Utah. It became apparent to myself and my family that she was extremely unstable. A few months after marriage she left in secret without saying a word while also pregnant with our baby. She drove to Arkansas and remained there for about six months until the baby was born in secret. She discontinued communication with me and instead of being informed that our baby was born, I was served a protection order (on the baby's birthday) claiming false accusations with no other purpose than to keep me from exercising my right to be in my child's life. I had to go to Arkansas to defend my dignity and my rights. On the day of the hearing, Jim spoke to my ex in private outside the courtroom, bringing attention to her unsubstantiated motive for keeping me away. She dropped the charge immediately and walked away. We never entered the courtroom. I couldn't be more grateful for his disciplined demeanor and expert preparation.
