I truly believe that this is a firm that cares about their clientele. My husband and met with Chip and Chandler. They weren't out to gouge our pockets and seemed sincere in doing what was best for our family, which gave us peace of mind and confidence in their abilities. Questions raised, were given thoughtful, succinct and thorough answers. They earned our trust, when they came to my mother-in-law's home, to rewrite her Will and Trust. We were facing a time crunch and The Elrod Firm/Chip and Chandler, delivered within a few days. I highly recommend this firm.

I am very pleased with the service and kindness shown by the staff here. We were given what I feel to be very honest information simply by the fact that we were told a lot of what I expected to need done was not necessary and we would not need to incur the extra expense. These people are top notch in my opinion.

Disappointing experience. Justin made no suggestions for our consideration beyond what we provided him. Nor did he suggest any support/process info for our son when he would be executor after our passing. He charged us over $2000. basically to type our plan plus his standard boilerplate and placing it in two nice 3-ring binders.

I needed assistance with my family trust after my mother had a stroke. The associates were are very friendly and knowledgeable. And the review was completed quickly and the recommendations were very helpful.

Really dismal service. Lots of positive talk, but no results. Always a disingenuous excuse. Paid handsonely to get my dad on Medicaid, but after years of excuses for delays from Justin Elrod, my father ultimately passed before they ever got it done. After he passed, communications stopped cold. Not even a " sorry for your loss."
