Ultimately, my financial situation has improved thanks to their program. But their responsiveness and communication is very lacking. Many times throughout the past few years, I had called or emailed with a concern. While the reps I speak to are generally very friendly, rarely do they have a solution on the first contact. More often than not, they had to "send a message to that department" with the promise that someone would get back to me in 5-7 days. That return call almost never happens. I always had to be the one to call back explaining that I haven't heard from them and then the cycle repeats.
