Unprofessional and unresponsive until forced to do actions as needed in a probate case. Lacks empathy and compassion during a grieving family loss.

I used her on the recommendations of three people that I knew. But, I believe she has lost her edge. She over books how many clients that she can handle. My case was settled out of court, but feel like she did not want to listen to my specific needs or wants or instructions in my case and didn't answer emails very promptly. She acted like my concerns didn't matter & she did what she wanted. She failed to tell me about extra charges for doing a set of papers that should have been included in the case. Then she dropped me because she was "Swamped" & I had to find another lawyer to finish up my business. Although her Secretary was very helpful,I still do not recommend her. Ms. Wineland also needs to address the handicapped issues of getting into her office with putting in a concrete ramp & handrails to get in as I am handicapped & use a walker. It was very difficult to get in to see her, as I almost fell. Therefore, from my overall experience, I can't recommend anyone to use her as their attorney.

I have used Meredith multiple times over the last 23 years. She has always been upstanding and ALWAYS done an amazing job. I highly recommend her.

Meredith Wineland was totally unresponsive to me after she received my fee. During the eight week period after I requested that she file for divorce , she did not initiate communication with me in any fashion at any time. During this same period, I reached out to her on ten (10) different occasions via email to request guidance, answers to specific questions, and/or appointments but she was unresponsive to me. She never answered a single question or provided any guidance to me.

She is an amazing attorney, one who cares and takes the time to sit down and talk to you. Her secretary has been very helpful as well! If I ever need a lawyer, Mrs Wineland will be the first I contact.
